Chartrans ?!

guten abend,

bin die Woche über die website http://wowmania.gotop100.com/ auf euren server gestossen.
auf wowmania.com habt ihr zumindest in der kurzbeschreibung charaktertransfere erwähnt, allerdings geht ihr in eurem how to explizit aus dem weg (siehe how to´s , abschnitt "ingame regeln", abschnitt 6).

darum hier nun die frage ob es bei euch überhaupt chartransfers gibt und falls ja, wie ein solcher zu beantragen ist bzw. woraus dessen vorraussetzungen bestehen.
